Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» exchange/return of goods of appropriate quality:
The consumer has the right to exchange or return non-food product of proper quality to the seller from whom he had purchased it, if the product does not satisfy him/her in form, size, shape, color. The consumer has the right to exchange and return the product of proper quality within fourteen days after the purchase (the day of purchase is not counted).
We return the money sent for the order within 5 days from the moment we get payment to our bank account, provided the goods are returned and the return request application is filled-out and registered.
Exchange and return of product of proper quality is made in the following cases:
• if the product was not used;
• if it still retains marketable condition;
• if it retains consumer appeals, seals, labels;
• upon presentation of a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold product;
• in case of exchange/return of product of proper quality purchased online, the buyer covers return shipping costs.
Exchanges and returns are possible only in the showroom or store where the product was purchased. Returns of products sent via Nova Poshta are also accepted through this service.
