The order starts to be assembled on the next work day after payment. Friday and Sunday are days off, on these days orders are not assembled. Term of order assembling vary from 1 to 3 work days.

Can I reserve garments?

You can reserve up to 5 units at one of RITO stores for up to 3 days.

If I have RITO discount card, can I get the discount at the online store?

Yes, you can. To get the discount indicate your discount card number in the comment to your order or inform our consultant by phone when he/she will contact you to agree and confirm the order. The order cost will be recalculated and sent to you in e-mail with payment details. The cost of online order will be added to your total balance of purchases made at RITO stores.

How can I check the order status?

You can check your order status in your personal account, in My orders section. If you have no possibility to visit your account, you can get this information by phone: +38 067 339 11 00 or by e-mail: shop @ rito.com.ua, do not forget to specify the order number.

Is it possible to return the goods?

If for some reason the thing does not fit you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

What should I do if I receive damaged things?

In case you receive damaged goods, make a complaint in accordance with the standards of courier service and inform our online store by phone or e-mail.

Can I adjust the length of the garment when I purchase at RITO?

Buying items at any RITO store, you can adjust the length of garments. We take things for adjustment only after you have purchased them. Changed/adjusted items are not refundable. To make adjustments of an item, we need personal presence of its owner to take measurements. The cost and terms of work are coordinated with a consultant at RITO store.
