Exchanges and returns policy
Article
9. According to the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer
Rights» exchange/return of goods of appropriate quality:
The
consumer has the right to exchange or return non-food product of proper quality
to the seller from whom he had purchased it, if the product does not satisfy
him/her in form, size, shape, color. The consumer has the right to exchange and
return the product of proper quality within fourteen days after the purchase
(the day of purchase is not counted).
Exchange
and return of product of proper quality is made in the following cases:
• if the product was not used;
• if it still retains marketable condition;
• if it retains consumer appeals, seals,
labels;
• upon presentation of a settlement document
issued to the consumer along with the sold product;
• exchanges and returns are possible only in the
showroom or store where the product was purchased.
In case
of exchange or return of goods of proper quality purchased in the online store,
the buyer pays for transportation services.
Returns of items sent by Nova Poshta are also
made by this service. The address, branch number and recipient are agreed with
our consultant.
We refund the order within 5 working days of
receiving the returned items.
To transfer funds, we will need full card
details. This information can be found in the bank application,
under the name Details or card details for accepting payments or check with the
bank.
